LE6 Round 3: eh vs FC

This game started with Flame announcing that his pad was broken (it made him retire for no reason). This made the rally strange... Anyway, Nanteq, Gandos and I played for eh and Soft, No_odles and partially Flame played for FC. eh usually had 2 or 3 players in front and got very easy points. No-odles and Soft got a couple of 2nd places and came close to a point with a 2-3, but it ended 7-0 to eh.

For the next map Wity joined and Nanteq left. DonTubo entered for FC as it was time Flame gave up his attempts to finish without retirering. DonTubo only started practicing when the rally map started, so very cool of him to join the match with so little preparation. This map was about the same as the rally map. No_odles did not have a good day, but Soft had a few good rounds and got some 2nd spots. Gandos did a very good 53.75 during the warmups, but struggled a little more in the match. He still drove well and got two wins. Wity was a bit on and off this time, but made some good rounds and there were a couple of elk threesomes . DonTubo did quite well I think with his short training time. He was quite consistent behind the front running risk takers, and was there whenever they crashed. Personally, I probably played my best snow map ever (times 53.95-54.47 on the six first rounds), with only a bad rebound on the last jump in the last round to ruin a perfect performence (still won the round in 54.86 ). Gandos tried to cut the second tube on the last round when he was in the lead. Bad call... hehe. eh wins 7-0.

Last the wonderful speed lap map by Soft (I think I'm one of very few to like it ). t!m joined for Wity. I was looking forward to a good fight here, as No_odles and I had some very close training encounters. All rounds were a fight between No_odles, Gandos, t!m and me for the lead, and most rounds were very close. I won the first round, t!m the second and finally in round 3 No_odles took the first FC victory on the three maps. Somehow I always managed to get a very good start on this map, so that I could drive in peace without any other cars to block my sight. I finally managed to make an error free round in round 4, to set a personal best with a low 2.21. In the last round Soft decided he had had enough and decided to retire. When No_odles retired to ask what was wrong the rest of us stopped too. Too bad, as I was on my way to a 2.20... lol. And it was a bit unfair to No_odles I think, as he was really having a good fight with the rest of us. We decided to let t!m finish to make the match history.

I hope you find a couple of players FC, because you have some quality in your team. But when key players have to skip the match you're in real trouble... GL for the rest of LE6!

hey guys firstly congrats on the match although it sounded like a pretty easy game where was trance?? Secondly its lucky for me that we have ghost in next round coz i have no internet on my home PC until christmas and also have had very little time to train before then due to work ! But its good thing we have such a strong team! anyway good game again tonight and that keeps us in pole position

I hope you'll be there after Christmas Philstar, because Gandos will probably not be there in January and February. So he'll miss the rest of LE6. So I guess you'll be needed on Desert
