SFO vs eh
Since AAssie is busy studying for his exams, this week it's my turn to do the review writing So here's a short summary of the match.
I don't remember much of each and one of the SFO players performance in particular, so I'm afraid this review will be very one sided.
The first map was Island. SFO's lineup was The_Game, Tututte and dridri. eh played with Kiff, Gandos and Rustray.
eh had a nice start and grabbed the first point, but then for a while we couldn't make a complete lap without some of us crashing. So the score became 4-2 in SFO's favour. After that things went better. SFO kept playing well but eh always was faster so after taking 5 points in a row eh won the map 7-4. Amazingly, all players on my team actually played very well on this map, and kept switching on winning. gg to that
Next map was bay. eh~Nanteq came in switching with Gandos, while SFO-Choy took Tututtes place.
Before the match my team was pretty nervous about this map since we weren't very happy with our practice performance. And during warmup SFO-The_Game scared me a little by doing a 1.09, while my besttime at that point was only 1.10.87.
Then the game started and SFO clearly showed alot better performance that eh. They all kept doing 1.09 and 1.10 while nanteq and Rustray came in behind. Nanteq in particular impressed me because he actually didn't know he was going to play before this evening, so he only got 1 hour of practice. I myself kept crashing ALOT, and the score became quickly 5-1. Then I suddenly started playing better and more consistant and actually did a 1.09.75, but at the same time I think Nanteq started crashing more than he used to. And the final result became 7-2.
Last map was Coast. Choy gave back his place to Tututte, while guom and Gandos came in switching with Nanteq and Rustray.
For my part, this map went pretty bad because I crashed alot more than I should, at least in the beginning. guom and Gandos did both very well all the time I think, but none of us was able to stop the SFO players. They were all very fast and consistant on this map, and nailed it with a final result of 5-0.
So SFO won the match with a final score of 2-1 (18-9). Very gg SFO, this was a great match! |
